You covered all the bases and did an extremely thorough job. I really appreciated how you took the time to go through the report with me and explain everything in terms I understood. Your report was very well organized and easy to understand with the pictures. I will definitely be able to go back through it later and know exactly what you thought of each part of the house. I also appreciated you guiding me on the severity and urgency or lack there of on each item. I was able to pick out the few big repairs that the seller needed to do before closing and save the small insignificant stuff for later.
