I am very pleased with Jim’s work. He found several key issues that could have become big problems in the future. In addition, his attention to detail helped detect some small issues that definitely would have been headaches after the close. Jim could not use the stairs to go to the 2nd floor because they were recently varnished. He saved me the expense of a return trip by climbing through a crawl space in the garage attic into the main house. He went above and beyond to complete the inspection in one trip.
