I have always gone back to Jim Davis because of the thorough job he has done for my clients over the last 10 years or so. I have never once had a complaint about his work ethic, being on time, availability, knowledge, or his ability to easily go through an inspection with either myself or my clients. There have been many times my clients or I have called him up after an inspection to ask questions while in our option period (sensitive time period) and he has always given a same day response with a clear and educated appointment to his explanations. I feel comfortable and trust him as do my clients because he is a past realtor and has been in the business for many years so he knows every aspect of a home. We have never had any issues with customer service and each of my clients including myself have felt valued by him.
