I didn’t meet Jim face to face, as we were relocating from out of state and couldn’t be at the inspection due to those logistics. However, when I spoke to him on the phone he was very thorough and answered many of my questions before I asked them. I knew right away we were in good hands. Some people might think that a new build doesn’t need much of an inspection, but I beg to differ. Jim found several smaller scale items that needed to be adjusted, fixed, etc. in our new build that I would have never found myself. His inspection report was easy to interpret (for the lay person) and I was able to submit my repair requests to the builder without much confusion. I will definitely use Jim’s services again for our next purchase. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
